1. Shipping for items in stock, takes between 2 to 4 business days - depending on the availability of the customer and area for delivery. For items not in stock, it generally takes between 9-14 business days for manufacturing and delivery. Customized items might take 20+ business days. 
2. You will receive a tracking number via email (if supplied) that will keep you up to date on the delivery.
