Return Policy

Orbit Rings will accept returns on the following terms:

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Incorrect, damaged or faulty (because of a manufacturing defect) product:
  • Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.
  • Orbit Rings will (where possible) exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
  • We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
  • Orbit Rings will refund the full purchase price.
  • A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with the 'original' packaging.
  1. Incorrect, damaged or faulty (because of a manufacturing defect) product on special offer:
  • Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.
  • Orbit Rings will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product, provided the product is still on special offer.
  • We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued.
  • Orbit Rings will refund the full purchase price, if the product is no longer on special offer.
  • A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their 'original' packaging. 
  1. Exchange (incorrect size or colour ordered)
  • Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.
  • Orbit Rings will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
  • We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued. 
  • A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their 'original' packaging.
  • You will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges.
  1.      Cancellation of order:

You are, in terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitled to cancel, without reason and without penalty, your order.  In such an event

  • Notify Orbit Rings within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the products.
  • You undertake not to utilise the products.
  • The original box with the original packaging is not opened or damaged.  We will check all returns before the refund is issued.
  •  A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their 'original' packaging.
  •  You will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges.
  •  You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 (thirty) days of the date of your cancellation of the order.
  •  If you cancel your order later than 7 (seven) days of receipt of the products, we reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel      your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach of any of these Terms.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 (thirty) days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the receiver later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified about your return.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
